When writing a prompt for Chat GPT to update my resume for a large business owner I made sure to ask it to show my strengths in working in a large business, allowing my resume to highlight what different skills I have already learned while working at Shasta Marina. Then I asked Chat GPT to alter my resume to look visually appealing for a fitness business owner, where I was instructed to highlight what physical aspects of my skills could be beneficial to this genre of work. Comparing the two resumes I noticed different key words when explaining what I have learned and what my skills are, making each resume look more appealing to the specific Businesses. By using different prompts this taught me how by changing certain words when rewriting my resume, it can show different aspects of my strengths to appear more relevant to the job I am applying for.
